Our technological roadmap is expanding, and your contribution as part of the development team will include the opportunity to work with teams of like-minded individuals in pursuit of a modern, innovative suite of services that sets a new standard for information and referral service delivery.
As a 211 LA Technical Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for working with the Technical Project Manager to provide product and project management for 211 LA’s digital solutions projects. Your responsibilities will include working with internal and external teams to communicate timelines, set expectations, and oversee the projects’ progress; documenting and communicating decisions and milestones; maintaining and evolving the software development process, to enhance the product, with an eye towards improving quality and agility.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a degree in Computer Science or related field. At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience in delivering advanced multi-tier, distributed web applications with appealing and highly responsive user interfaces.
Annual salary is commensurate with prior experience, education, and abilities.
As a 211 LA Technical Project Coordinator, you will regularly be required to: work in a dedicated workspace or desk and work at a computer or from a smartphone for extended periods of time.
